Yes You can. If you have applied till 7th July 2019 and are fulfilling the eligibility conditions of Phase 2
as mentioned in Thapar's Prospectus, then you can attend the counseling. It is a very renowned college for engineering and technology. Their admissions for 2019 are open and will be closing soon so apply as soon as you can. To know more about them or register yourself visit - http://www.thapar.edu/
