JoSAA counselling process includes IITs , NITs , IIITs (some) , GFTIs and some other institutes . Most of the colleges for B.Arch participates in JoSAA , at the same time most of NITs also offer B.Arch programme . So you can go through josaa and get a seat in B.Arch stream also.

National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts Jee Main paper 1 and 2 for admissions of students to NITs under engineering courses (paper 1) and b. arch(paper 2). Both are conducted different and results are also declared on separately hence the counselling for B. arch And B.tech is also done separately.
