Zaman, according tot he new guidelines of UGC, you can study 2 courses at the same time, provided one is through Regular mode and the other is through Distance Mode. As long as this rule is followed, even if both the courses are from the same University, that is acceptable. But IGNOU is an Open University which offers Distance courses. So if you have to study B.Sc Physics and BCA from IGNOU at the same time, that is not possible. You have 2 options. You can pursue one of them from another University through Distance Education or you can pursue one course through regular mode and the other through Distance mode. But you cannot pursue both the courses through Distance mode from the same University at the same time.

Obviously you may do it in Indira Gandhi national open university, if you have enough time and energy also. But one problem is that you cannot show your two bachelor  degree certificate at a time. Because it is not legal also. Hope this will help you.
