hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that YES, Certainly, you can do Dermatology or Cosmetology or medical aesthetician after BHMS . However, the route is a bit longer. After clearing BHMS you need to appear for NEET-UG and do your MBBS before becoming eligible to sit for NEET- PG. Once you clear NEET-PG with the good rank you can join MD (Dermatology).
Further, after completing your BHMS, you will be qualified to apply for a diploma in gynaecology also, if you're interested . The Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) is a three-year full-time Diploma program.
Further, you can check out the below mentioned link to know more details and information on this : https://www.careers360.com/courses/bhms-bachelor-of-homeopathic-medicine-and-surgery
I hope that this will help.
