Shabaz, UGC did mention that you can pursue 2 courses at the same time provided one is through Regular mode and one is through Distance mode. For example, you can pursue DPharma through regular mode and BA Political Science through Distance mode or vice versa. So this is an option provided you meet the eligibility criteria for both the courses.

You can apply through any Distance mode Universities across India.

Thank you for your query. You have to do both the courses one at a time as it can increase the pressure of your study and can deteriorate your preparation for UPSC exam.
