Psychology is the study of human health and behaviour affected by their mind. The course requires counselling courses, physiotherapy therapeutic and other medical courses.

The syllabus includes -
studying and understanding human brain development
consciousness
behaviour and personality
related topics

Eligibility for PG Psychology courses:

• Candidates who have completed bachelor degree with Psychology as a main subject are eligible
• The final year papers/subjects should include psychology as a main subject for calculating aggregate marks
• Candidates appearing for final year examination of their bachelor degree are also eligible
• Candidates who have completed their graduation in psychology in distance education or from Open University are not eligible
  
  Students holding any other degree such as Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), BA Sociology, B.Sc. Home Science, B.A. Philosophy or B.Ed. with Psychology Papers.
  
  Though the basic criteria is graduation in psychology. There are some universities that will offer you Masters in Psychology without any background from Psychology.
  Selection in masters in most of the universities is based on the entrance exam followed by an interview, in some universities the selection is based on the merit list that will be seen according to the marks you have scored in your graduation.
  
  I would recommend you to do MBA in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Psychology. Prepare for CAT/MAT and get into premier institutions that offer MBA in Behavioral Psychology

Yes it can be possible to do masters in psychology if you have done BE in computer. It is good to have computer science background while studying psychology. It will open you another way of learning. You have to take more effort so that it will be easy for you while studying.
