In this career, with outstanding pay packages, a person can take advantage of various occupations. A person choosing an HR job starts by getting an associate’s degree or a diploma – the individual who achieves a Master’s degree in human relations will get a directorial and senior-level management position.
An MBA in HR offers knowledge and training in managing the workforce of the organisation. Some of the common specialisations offered are employment law, talent and diversity management, etc. Masters in human resource management courses are in the form of a specialised MBA degree.

MBA can be done irrespective of any specializations. Only a graduate degree is required and at times it might depend on the b school (some will accept a 3 year degree as well the 4 year degree too).So on your case as you are already into the management it should not be an issue. There are 2-3 specializations selected and you can opt one as HR and the other one could be the event management as well.
Will they consider on Other stream as u already
BBA Completed.
For MBA, BBA is Enough for Admission but u r specialisation in EVENT Management. U should complete your MBA in Event Management.
Rather than trying in HR.
thanks,
