Yes, you can do MCA after Bsc computet science. MCA is a 3 year postgraduate degree and it will provide you exposure to many subjects of compuetr. Admission is on merit basis or on entrance exams like BIT MCA, VIT MEE, MAH MCA CET, UPSEE etc.
The top colleges includes JNU, NITs, DU, VIT, Mumbai university etc. Average fees include 1 to 5 lacs

Of course you can do MCA after BSc. Computer Science. Indeed, MCA is a very good and standard course. Studying MCA will give you further knowledge about the core concepts of Computer Science.
