No they can't just earn 1 lakh bro. I know a Neurosurgeon living in Mumbai. He is in our relationship. He charges more than 4.5 lac per surgery and he easily performs 3 to 5 surgeries a day. Therefore, 4 to 6 crore a month means approximately 75 crore per annum. You will be shocked to know his age. He is just 34yrs and studied from AIIMS,Delhi (M.B.B.S) and Harvard Medical School (M.S. and fellowship). He owns 3 Mercedes Benz, 1 BMW, 1 JAGUAR and a Land Rower. Also a house of 37 crores. Also married to to a young beautiful doctor who is also a neurosurgeon but studied from AIIMS,Patna and AIIMS,Rishikesh and she is also working with him and also performs 1 or more surgery a day. Therefore they earn more than 100 Crores a yr

jesus christ how is he earning that much? is he in a hospital or is he in a clinic? is it guaranteed that everyday he will perform surgeries? i know a rich doctor but even he earns only 1.6 crore per month! he is a cardiothoracic surgeon and is 61 years old! i am shocked as to how this individual is earning so much at such a young age!!
i am suspicious if you are saying the truth or not, because earning 6 crore per month is possible only for a doctor who has atleast 5 superspeciality hospitals or is founding member of very large corporate hospitals , like for example apollo hospitals. and even then the individuals age will be 60 or 65! please do not lie as there may be some people who take this seriously and will get into medicine , only to have their hearts broken after not achieving the figures you have mentioned here.

Hey Likheet.

Yes, 1 Lakh per month is a possible earning for a doctor in a good field. Many doctors even earn multiple times of this amount in one month which depends on your practice, reputation, experience etc.

To become a paediatrician you need to first complete an MBBS degree which takes around 5 years including internship. For admission in MBBS colleges in India entrances are- NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER.

Then you need to take admission in MD Paediatrics which will take 3 years..the entrances for the same are - NEET PG, AIIMS, JIPMER, PGI etc. A further scope of specialisation is also availablein this branch. You can pursue MCH if you wish too in a specific area of Paediatrics.

Best of luck!
