Yes, you will be eligible for higher studies in the field of GIS and Remote Sensing after completing M.Sc Geography. In fact, it is a good way to learn GIS and Remote Sensing by completing M.Sc in Geography first.

see generally you can do courses of six month to 1 year course on gis and remote sensing from many private coaching institute where many job oriented course in this particular stream is taught. another thing is you may again go for msc course on gis and remote sensing which general eligibility criteria is candidates must completed bachelors course in geography or any other science related background. since in most of the university has no age limit criteria you can apply for msc course on remote sensing and GIS. after completing the m.sc course you are eligible for mtech courses.
