The final decision completely lies in the hands of yours. You can only know that what are your weakness and what are your strong points.
So, ot is possible to get 150 marks, but for that don't do the partition of syllabus during revision.
Now, it is the crucial time. So, focus on giving your maximum. Do the complete revision and always try to revise 3 subjects.
Also note that you must give the test series and previous years question papers in real time and revise only those concepts in which you are stucking or unable to solve the questions.
So, do 100% revision by making targets. And do all the the subjects revision regularly.
Then only you can be able to score more than 150 marks or above.

See it's quite difficult to predict exactly about your issue because it depends upon the difficulty level of paper but if you have completed your 50% syllabus of class 11th and class 12th for JEE-Main 2021 then you can at least qualify JEE-Main 2021 but that does not ensure your seat in any of the good engineering institution so don't worry if you are done with the 50% syllabus of JEE-Main 2021 then I am enlisting down some best tips which would help you for sure :-
