Hi
Cutoff depends on several factors like- number of seats available, number of candidates who gave exam and exam difficulty.
With 360 marks, it is not possible to get government medical college in UP via both All india quota and state quota
Considering the rise in cutoff every year, it seems hard to even get private MBBS college with 360 marks.
In UP, For Government medical college, 600+ and for private medical college, 550+ is a safe score (may vary)

Hello,
--------- It would have been helpful for us to provide you with exact details of colleges, had you mentioned your category and All India Rank.
--------- Since you haven't mentioned your category, I would consider you as a General Category candidate.
Cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
------------ According to previous year data for State NEET Counseling, last candidate from General Category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College was in Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich with All India Rank 15,450 and Marks 610.
------- Going by the aforementioned data, your chances of getting MBBS seat in Government Medical College is very grim.
