Yes., You can join indian army after completing your diploma courses. There are opportunities in Indian army such as All Arms i.e., general duty and also for the technical works in the army etc.,
You need to apply at the official website for joining the Indian army amd you need to also give SSB interview and there woykd be training for the selected candidates for few weeks.

your question is blunt. if you want to join indian army, then yes, you can join. you have option of joc, noc, and soldier. but with diploma, you cant become an officer. at least not yet.
but if you finish your be after diploma, then yeah, you can apply for indian army in officers entry. you have apply for cds,
