can I get a job in ISRO without writing GATE exam and completing 5 year integrated MTech ECE at JNTU ?

No, you can't be able to get a job in ISRO after completing 5 years intregeted Mtech course from any engineering college or university.
Either you have to crack gate exam with a good score or you have to crack the exam conducted by ISRO for jobs.
