However, if you are looking at other private medical colleges, 506 marks might still be insufficient for a seat in MBBS due to high cutoffs. You might have better chances in:

1. Private Medical Colleges : Especially those with higher fee structures.
2. Deemed Universities : These institutions often have higher cutoffs but are more flexible with admission criteria.

Consider applying to multiple private and deemed medical colleges for a better chance.
