According to the category and percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be around 3.8 Lacs so on the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
