hi gauri, yeah you can ofcourse get through the 15 percent all india quota, but Candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for 15% All India quota seats as these three states had opted out of All India scheme since its inception. If candidates claim the eligibility under this criterion, they must submit a Self Declaration form online. Yes, it is a possibility. The condition is that you need to participate in the All India 15 % quota counselling for the same. This is an online counselling procedure where every year the top 10000-15000 students are shortlisted for counseling but only the top 4000-5000 students manage to bag a seat.

The competition here is immense and this year the cut off score was around 570 for GENERAL CATEGORY candidates.

Next year it may shoot up further or it may drop down lower Than this year.

I'd recommend you target a score above 570 to keep yourself on the safer side.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 is conducted annually to provide admissions to eligible candidates into MBBS and BDS courses at medical and dental institutes across the nation. Registrations for NEET 2018 will commence tentatively from the last week of January 2018 in online mode. All interested candidates will have to fill and submit the application form tentatively by the first week of March 2018. Coming directly on your query, the asnwer is Yes, YES you can get MBBS seat in other states too of which you are not having domicile. You can apply for them via All India Quota counselling in which you need not to produce the Domicile Or Residential certificate.

The only thing I want to suggest you in this regard is that if you want to get admitted in other state via AIQ counselling, Try to achieve a score of atleast 600+ to remain in a safe zone.

Yes if you comes in 15% quota allotted by MCIs , you can get a college out of state. Another thing is there is provision of management seats in every private medical college which can be acquired by any person of any state.
