Hey Ritam !
Of course you can avail the seats in the medical colleges of other states, but in that case you won't be able to apply through State Quota, you have to go through All India Quota.
As we all know, the cutoff of a college generally remain high while applying through AIQ, hence it's better to have a decent marks in order to apply for one.
The number of seats reserved in a college for the AIQ Students is about 15% of the total.
