Hello,
Yes, you can get admission to IITs after Diploma, but you will have to start from the first year, like a normal 12 passed out candidate. You will not get your jee mains scorecard but will have to appear for it. It will just be a gateway for JEE Advanced for you. For other colleges, you'll have to appear in LEET and the procedure is different.
