You haven't mentioned your Category or the State you belong to. You haven't mentioned the College you are inquiring about. Nevertheless, 150 is a very less score for a seat in BDS in any College. This year the cut offs might rise and we are expecting that the general cut offs also will increase which means if you belong to General Category and then your score is 150, the chances that you qualify in NEET are border line.
