Hii dear!!

As per your marks, you are eligible for applying to the college of engineering, pune (COEP). But to take admission in COEP in b.tech chemical engineering, you need to apply and give a common entrance exam  conducts by the college for admission in College of engineering, pune.

However, the eligibility criteria for b.tech is :

Candidate must have pass with 55% marks in 10+2 (12th standard) along with the subjects: physics, chemistry , maths and english.

So your marks is good enough to make you eligible to apply to the university. You can apply for common entrance exam through their official website.

Hope this helps,

If any query, please do comment/post.

Best wishes
