NEET UG is an examination conducted in India to get admission in MBBS course in India.It has nothing to do with gaining admission in South America.
If you are interested in pursuing MBBS (known as MD) in South America you will have to be a graduate ( at least a B.Sc.) and then take the MCAT . Only after qualifying the exam you will be able to gain admission there.

USMLE is for practising and doing post graduation in US unlike NEET UG which is meant for admission into MBBS courses. However if you wish to pursue MBBS equivalent degree in US, you have to take MCAT exam and apply to various medical colleges there.
Hello student. USMLE is an examination in order to obtain license for practicing in north and south america. NEET has nothing to do with admission process in south america.

USMLE is a licensing exam to pursue residency in the US and practice there.
In order to be eligible for that you are required to qualify the multistep exam and apply for the residency positions following which interviews are conducted. Then a specialized software matches the candidate with the universities.
It has nothing to do with NEET whatsoever.

USMLE is a licensing exam for Residency in US and is a post graduate option. It is done after one passes MBBS.
NEET- is for UG programs like MBBS.
