Congratulations on securing Good Rank, as you stated above 529 CET rank in GGSIPU. It depends on which stream you want.
In good colleges cutoff for CS/IT is always High. If you have any Quota then it will improve your chances in getting into a good ipu college.
So, Yes you can secure Admission In IPU with this rank in a good college.
