You have not mentioned your category. With 80% in xii board you are eligible for any NIT or engineering college but that's not enough, admission to Engineering colleges depends on your Jee main 2020 scores.cut off of JEE main if any college depends on number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc.

Now b tech in CSE branch need high score in JEE main.that too cut off is declared by Chandigarh Gruop of of Colleges.

To be eligible for taking admission in BTech im CGC landran, you need to pass the your class 12th board examination with a mimimum of 45% marks ( there's 5% relaxation in marks for reserve category candidates).

So with 80% in your class 12th you are eligible for BTech in CGC landran.

Also to take admission in CGC landran in BTech you need to qualify JEE mains examination as admission in BTech in CGC landran is based on the rank or marks obtained by you in JEE mains and not on the basis of marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination i.e admission is through Centralised Online Counselling conducted by Punjab Technical University on the basis of marks obtained in JEE Main
