Dear Aspirant,
Hope you are doing good. Referring to the last year cutoffs your rank might fall between 13k to 18 k range. This is a decent number to procure good branches in prestigious UPTU colleges.
And yes you are definitely eligible for admission in IERT Allahabad for all branches. You can also look for prestigious Delhi colleges :
1. JSS Noida for Mechanical , Electrical and EIE branch.
2. AKG for tha same
3. KIET for the core branches and IT
