Dear Student,

Greetings

For taking admission in Media and Journalism Cousre, student should have:

  • Higher secondary in any stream from a recognised state or central board of education.
  • A minimum pass percentage is 50 percent in aggregate for general and 45% for reserved categories.(the query which you are here for)
  • Candidates should have passed the higher secondary exam with English as one of the subjects(the query which you are here for)

So, the answer is clear if you belong to general category, you shoulkd have atleast 50% marks in aggregate to take admission in, but if belong to any of the reserved categories, then you can easily get admission in the course.

I hope this helps, wish you all the best for your future!
