About Panjab University (PUCHD)
Panjab University Chandigarh, established in 1882, is a government state university. Located in Chandigarh, India, PU Chandigarh boasts 15 research and teaching chairs/centres and 74 departments on its main campus.
PU Chandigarh is affiliated with 202 colleges, as well as three regional centres and six constituent colleges.Panjab University offers admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral programmes through both online and offline processes, based on merit and entrance exam scores. Courses at PU Chandigarh include BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Ed, B.Sc, MA, MBA, MCom, M.Sc, and PhD.

The infrastructure of Punjab University is very huge. It is spread over one sector which is in 15 sector and there are many different departments. For every course they have the infrastructure is designed very systematically.

Punjab University, Chandigarh, has been a fantastic choice for my B.Com. The infrastructure at Punjab University is really big, coveri ng a whole sector of Chandigarh. The campus is beautiful, with neat gardens, modern classrooms, and all the facilities you need. Bu I because the campus is so large, everything is a bit spread out, which can make it hard to find different departments.

Yes, Panjab University Chandigarh offers a two-year, full-time MSc Environment Science programme at the postgraduate level. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any Science/ Engineering Stream or any other stream with (Hons) in Geography as one of the subjects from the Panjab University Chandigarh or any other recognised University can apply for admission to the programme.
Candidates seeking admission to the MSc Environment Science programme offered at Panjab University Chandigarh are required to appear for the PU CET PG. The entrance test shall comprise of 75 MCQs of one mark each from the Botany, Geography, Geology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Sociology, Statistics, Physics, Zoology and General Awareness subjects of graduation level.

The unfortunate part of an EWS certificate is that they are issued in the name of the head of family. This is since EWS criteria is held on the basis of overall annual income and asset holding by the family.
However, you can still try the following:
You may even consult your local Tehsildar- place your case before the Tehsildar's office. They may be able to guide you in what to do next with your application.
It is specific in some states by the guidelines they give to the students applying for the certificate. Check with local authorities on current updates.
Central Government Guidelines:
The central government guidelines for EWS certificates may provide for specific provisions on students applying for higher education. Consult Legal Advice
If you have problem then approach a lawyer. He can give you proper legal guidance for walking through the process.
Don't forget all the essential documents such as income certificates, property documents, etc. supporting the EWS claim.

SCAT is an admission test held by the Sri Chaitanya Educational Institute.The exam is to be held on 02nd January 2022. The examination will be held online as well as offline mode.
This exam is conducted for scholarship purpose so there is a tough competition and the paper is also going to be difficult But maintain a minimum score to atleast get a good rank in the exam
