As you have mentioned that you have scored 495 in neet19, so your rank will approximately be between 10501 – 12000.

Although it is very to predict the exact cutoff as it depends on various factors.

By looking at the past few year trends of cutoff,  I can tell you that you have fair chances to get a seat in Delhi colleges (considering that you have defense quota).
