Yes, you can take admission in Medical College through management quota but in order to enroll in MBBS through management quota you need to qualify some of the point listed below as per guidelines given by the Medical Council of India.
The eligibility criteria states:
You should have cleared class 12th board examination in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) with aggregate of 50% .
It is suggested for you to have a valid score and rank in NEET-UG 2020, conducted by the NTA.
All aspirants are required to have secured the following percentile, in order to avail the management quota for MBBS admissions.
Candidates should ensure that they complete 17 years of age as on 31st December 2020.

Under management quota seats for MBBS admissions 2020, you will be offered a seat based on the first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, admissions under management quota will be based on the seat vacancies available.

Hello dear , you can get admissions in medical colleges for MBBS through Management quota .Most of the states offer MBBS seats under Management quota, for which you need to apply online, The counselling for management quota in Deemed MBBS universities will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
