hello,
yes you can get admission in shillong polytectic college with out JEE MAIN. in the shillong polytechnic college they will give admissions under the basis of MSCTE exam. For appearing to that you only need to pass the 10th standard in the recognized institution. So you can now write the MSCTE exam and take adission in the college.I am here attaching the link.You can go through it for further clarities.
