Can I get admission in uem by only giving phase 4 exam??

To get admission in the University of Engineering and Management, no exam is necessary. You can apply for a seat directly in the college and you'll get one too. College authority says that they take students on the basis of 10+2 board marks, but they don't check anything at all. And surprisingly, you don't have to pay any extra charge to take admission there without any exam.
