can i get an admission in another college by spot admission? if i got seat in gov clg during 2nd and 3rd allotment

You can get a spot admission in any college if seats are available in that college. Even if you got the seat in 2nd and 3rd round, it's your wish to join that college or not. And for spot admission you have to visit the college and they check your eligibility, if you are eligible and they have seats left you will get a chance to get a seat.

Firstly you shoot elaborate which counselling are asking for. Be specific; if it is for government college or private colleges and engineering or medical and also state counselling. You can do it. But if you are registered then you have to cancel your admissions firstly in the respective college and then take admission in the next college of your choice.
