According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into this institution because the lowest cut offs is for chemical engineering which are 4000 rank nearly which is also higher than your rank. But as cut offs may vary year to year so that the chances may create for you in IET, Lucknow in chemical branch if the cut offs vary.
