According to last years cutoff your score is very low. And it is very difficult to get into any government medical college. You can try for deemed and private colleges.
Or you can take a drop and study hard for a year.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. Chances are very less for admission to Government & private medical and dental Colleges under all India quota and also under state quota.
