No matter Where You are from Bihar or delhi. As you have scored 270+ you can apply for counseling and surely endup in a good aktu college.

There are plenty of good colleges near ncr region you can try for. If you wish Government college's you might get one in 2nd or 3rd round of counseling. But waiting for spot round is a bit risky as it happens in month of august.
