it is difficult to comment upon the marks but you can predict your rank using https://engineering.careers360.com/mht-cet-rank-predictor and then check the closing rank of various institutes at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff .

Yes. In fact if you get 150, you can easily get most of the good colleges in Mumbai. You can get the field of your choice in a very good college. You can get into KJSomaiya, sardar patel, dj sanghvi, etc. Best of luck
