Hope you are doing well. Yes you can get SMVIT with a rank of 10.5k after 2nd round of COMED-K seat allotment. But you will not get a seat in branches like CSE and ISE. Even for ECE, the chances are low as previous year cutoff for ECE was 10,580. And this year it may decrease. Except for these three branches, you can get a seat in SMVIT for other engineering branches. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
