Mostly no!! Since you're OC candidate it is not possible to get into JNTU, it would be quite easy if you have 75+

I have had scored 53 in EAMCET 2013 and applied for all the top colleges, in the very first counseling
I got admit from Gurunanak(CIVIL) and In second counseling, I got admit from Mallareddy college of Engineering(CSE) with 904 marks where I belong BC-B category and I would have got JNTU if I have scored 65-80 irrespective of the Branch.
