The marks which you have scored in your JEE entrance exam is quite impressive and now as you are looking for CSE branch in IIT Gwalior, than i would say that you should definitely try for that as you have really good marks to compete and also your chances of getting admission is also good, but at the same as we know that CSE branch has a huge crowd, means a number of students applying for this field is quite high compare to others.
