To get a free seat in Andhra University ,your rank should be under 9 to 10 thousand but as your rank is too high than this ,so sorry you will not be able to get the free seat ,but you have higher chances to get some really good colleges as predicted from previous year cutoffs ,so don't loose hope,give your best everywhere ,fees is just number and it is temporary thing,it doesn't matter ,but knowledge is permanent.
