Yes surely you can do MBA with the %tage you got in your graduation. Percentages don’t define your life your future is not doomed here there are tons of opportunities available for you, and have working experience too that is a plus point for you.Just make sure to get enough pointers in your Mba to be eligible to sit in placements, Companies give first preference to experience holders if they have strong communication skills and knowledge base. So forget about your graduation percentage and clear any entrance exam (MAT,CAT,XAT,C-MAT,SNAP,ATMA,MH-CET,] etc and get a decent college and start working on your communication skills enhance your knowledge base take help of faculties of the college and definitely you will get success.

Dear Swagat, All most all colleges require you to have a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Graduation to be eligible for MBA in their colleges. While few Colleges conduct admissions based on merit and though they are good colleges, first preference will be given for students whi have a better aggregate. So with 49%, your chances become dull. And then there are few Institutions which conduct entrance examinations. However to be eligible for those entrance exams, you should still have a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Graduation. With the exceptions of ATMA, XAT and MAT. You can appear for those entrance examinations as they dont have minimum percentage criteria.
