Hello Shivani BM,

Definitely you can get a very good government college when you study hard and score good marks and ranks.

With very low marks it is impossible to get a government college as the cut-off's for these colleges are very high.

The competition has increased as many more students are aware now, so if you really want to study MBBS or any other Medical course I suggest you to work hard and dedicate all your time to your studies and aim for high marks.

You can also teach tuitions and other things to afford some of your studies. Providing tuitions to younger kids or just juniors clears and strengthens our concepts. Plus it is an additional source of money too.

And as it is said where there is will, there is a way.

HOPE THIS HELPS
