can i get iet lucknow cs or it branch with 1834 general rank in uptu. no category. if no then other uptu college or vit vellore 1 category.

I am sorry but at this rank it is virtually impossible to get computer science and engineering or even information technology in Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow. At this rank it would be difficult to get CSE in most decent colleges of UPTU.
For VIT Vellore CSE you should get a rank of at maximum 11000 in the VITEEE exam to get admission under category 1 slab.
