You have not mentioned your state and category which is important for getting an idea whether you get a mbbs government seat or not.
But for AIQ cut off marks was 611 for General category in 2020. So you can expect to get a seat around those marks in 2021 as well if not the same. It also depends on your rank.
But you can get mbbs in private and deemed colleges easily with your marks. You can even get in governmnet colleges in some states if you are from ST or SC category.

West Bengal State quota cut off for Round 2 for 2020:
UR —568
EWS —558
OBC A — 566
OBC B — 556
SC. —452
ST. —237
This year too it might not deviate much from last yea..you can get a fair idea from last year cut off trends. Do keep upto date with the state councelling website for latest announcements
