Can I get my Character Certificate made by a gazetted officer since my school doesn't issue a new one and I am a dropper?

Well, you don't need to get another character certificate made. Your class 12th character certificate is valid but however it will be supported when you get an affidavit made for drop year. I hope this information was very helpful to you!
