Shatabdi ghosh hey there! in last 2 years, for chemical, metallurgical and biotechnology, home state, female closing rank, has been around 50-57k, so with your 60k obc rank this year, if cut off decreases slightly you may get NIT durgapur. There is also a chance for you to get other NITs too, but that can't be said with certainty, it is subjected to decrease in cut off this year. For NITs, IIITs or GFTIs you will need to register for JoSAA counseling. For state govt colleges in west bengal, you will need to register for WBJEE counseling, they conduct separate counseling for JEE main candidates and also for Wbjee candidates. I'd recommend you to use JEE main college predictor tool, as that will help you seek your college options. Link is given in the answer.
