Rank list is just another tool to predict your expectation. So, whatever I'm writing here is not at all final.
As you are from general category there is less chance to get CEG. But You may get MIT for sure. And it is to be noted that some candidates may applied for medical counselling too. So, if you have luck and if top general category students opt for medical rather than engineering, You may get IT in CEG.
