No ,you can not give your both best marks from your orginal or improved marksheet . As during admission procedure you will have to submut your only one marksheet either it will be orginal one or it will be that improved . So , you should give your best 4 marks from only one marksheet and it's upto you that which marksheet you want to use for your admission process .
