Hi there.

To be eligible to write CLAT c andidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognized educational institution with 45% aggregate marks (for UR category) in the qualifying examination. Hence, you cannot write CLAT without giving Class XII boards.

Hello there Sensible58.
Please check the answer that I have written. Read it carefully and slowly to understand what is written. It's bad to comment awfully on people's answers without even knowing if the answer is really wrong. You, Sir/ma'am cannot apply for CLAT without writing your Class XII boards. If you appear in boards in 2019, you can appear in CLAT in only 2019.

Also, when you know the answer is wrong, it apparently means that you already know the answer of your question. In that case, please don't post questions here, it just wastes your time and our time.

All the best for your bright future.
I hope you clear CLAT in your first attempt and become one of the most celebrated and recognised advocates in India.

Additional tip: Try reading "10 judgements that changed India" by 'Zia Mody' and "Legal Eagles" by 'Indu Bhan'. Both these books are a great read for aspiring lawyers.

Wishing you all the luck and love of the world!
