can i give ignou msc or ma exam of july 2021 now. but i haven't submitted my assignment. can i submit it during next exam which will be around December this year? will it be same assignment or assignment will differ?

Firsly, Term End Exams are conducted in June and December, in last few years there has been shift in the schedule because of the pandemic,
you cannot appear for July 21 TEE as it had already taken place last year in August, you have to fill exam form for this year June TEE, and submit assignments prior to it, in case you fail to do so, there is December TEE session if your program duration remain valid, and you have to submit fresh assignment whenever you submit of the latest session.
